How it all started...
The Madison United Pentecostal Church was founded in 1984 at its present location. Pastor J. Kurtis & Carla Burton became the pastors in November of 1996 and immediately began to see great growth. The people were able to pay off all debt and build a new building by 2000 and changed the name to The Turning Point.
The Dream Continues...
The Turning Point is in a capital fund drive to build our new facility. This is a necessity to accommodate the explosion of growth. The hope is to break ground in 2023 and complete this project.
